After your enquiry we will arrange an appointment with you and one of our advisers will visit you at your property to discuss your requirements. We will make sure we know how to get to you and where the keysafe is located to enable to us to gain access quickly.
Should you exceed the number of calls in the first three months you will not incur any extra charge but we will arrange a review to ensure your needs are being met and discuss alternative arrangements if required to confirm you are receiving the appropriate level of care. If we feel you need more assistance we will happily discuss alternative care providers with you but will never remove this service without giving you notice.
